PPP/C still to decide on November presidential debate

Merundoi Inc. has been selected by the IDB Cultural Centre as the winner of its Cultural Development Program for 2011. Yesterday, Merundoi Inc. was awarded the grant of US$5,000 to fund its “Youth Development for Cultural Preservation” project, which is aimed at facilitating the restoration and preservation of Guyana’s cultural heritage. The incumbent PPP/C is preparing to examine an invitation for its presidential candidate Donald Ramotar to participate in a presidential debate early next month with candidates from opposition groups APNU, the AFC and TUF.
