Sankies is now presidential candidate of JFAP

– Sharma supports APNU

CN Sharma has stepped down as the presidential candidate for the Justice For All Party (JFAP) and has now declared his support for A Partnership for National Unity (APNU).

Sharma, during a brief telephone interview, also stated that he has signed a declaration in support of the APNU but did not outline the reason(s) for this decision.

He also told this newspaper that his prime ministerial candidate, Geoffrey Sankies is now the presidential candidate for the JFAP. He said the new prime ministerial candidate is Jaipaul Sharma.

Asked why this was done, Sharma said, “I declined cause I am not well and I can’t tek de harassment”.
