Bulletin issued over armed robbery of dredge owner

Police yesterday issued a  bulletin for Randy Morris, called “Remey”, who is wanted for questioning in connection with Robbery Under Arms committed on Kenneth Joaquin.

Joaquin, a dredge owner, was last Wednesday in a vehicle heading to Houston, when, upon stalling at the traffic light atHunter Street and Mandela Avenue, he was accosted by a man. The man allegedly opened the door to Joaquin’s vehicle and demanded the bag of money the dredge owner had in his possession at the time. The perpetrator then shot Joaquin in the leg and made off with the $5M.

According to the bulletin, Morris’ last known address is Lot 263 East La Penitence, Georgetown. Anyone with information that may lead to the arrest of Randy Morris c/d “Remey” is asked to contact the police on telephone numbers: 227-1149, 227-1270, 226-7065, 225-8196, 226-6978, 225-6411, 911 or the nearest police station.
