Alana Seebarran was crowned Miss India Guyana 2012 last evening when the pageant was staged at the Princess Hotel Poolside.
Tahirh Boodhoo, Hashana Komal, Artie Deodat and Katherina Roshana were the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th runner ups respectively.
The 24-year-old, who was sponsored by the New GPC, had tremendous support from the beginning with an exceptional dance for her talent piece and further wowed the audience in a beautiful blue sari in the Indian segment.
The newly crowned queen is currently a Junior Manager while pursuing a degree in Marketing and is hopeful of becoming an entrepreneur.
