REDjet, the Caribbean’s low fares airline, has welcomed the Caribbean Airlines Chairman’s announcement that CAL will be launching a ‘low cost service’, contending that this shows how REDjet’s low fares and number one customer service is leading the way for consumers.
According to a REDjet press release, CEO Ian Burns said Monday evening that “we are delighted that the other airlines would seek to follow REDjet’s lead but REDjet would remain #1 for low fares and #1 for customer service in 2012.”
