The police say they are investigating the murder of miner Jermaine Mc Kenzie, 25 years of Grove Squatting Area, EBD, which occurred at about 0200h today at Blue Mountain, Mazaruni River.
Investigations revealed that Jermaine Mc Kenzie was among a group of persons imbibing, when an argument developed during which he was fatally stabbed by another man.
The suspect fled the scene and has not yet been arrested.
