FRUITFUL VALE, Portland — Fay Reid, a 69-year-old missionary of Shrewsbury, Fruitful Vale, has become Portland’s fourth murder victim this year.
Police reports are that about midnight yesterday two men kicked off Reid’s door and shot her in the stomach.
Reid, who lived alone, died on the spot.
The police have not found a motive for the killing.
