Vice Mayor of Fuzhou, Fujian Province, People’s Republic of China, Chen Qi, and a delegation are on an official visit to Georgetown. As part of the activities Chen paid courtesy calls on Deputy Mayor Robert Williams and Minister of Local Government Norman Whittaker. The vice mayor also visited places of interest and planted a tree. In composite photos above he is assisted by Councillor Kamla Devi Ross, while city officials and members of his delegation look on.
