Dyna’s Ravens support St Stanislaus

Following the conclusion of the inaugural Kevin Lawrence Memorial Basketball Tournament which was won by Dyna’s Ravens, the team began a charitable move to give back to the basketball fraternity in some schools.

They started with St Stanislaus College which is the former school of the late Kevin Lawrence who was also a member of the Ravens.

Coach of the team Darcel Harris said “after the tournament we promised that we would go to some schools and help them out anyway we can with some balls, nets and pumps since it will not only assist the students but give back to basketball.”

Harris was accompanied by Kevin’s brother Richard Lawrence and Manager of the Ravens team Deon Liverpool to make the donation to the school team’s captain Neil Gordon in the presence of his team and sport organizer. The items donated were two genuine leather Wilson basketballs, two nets and a ball pump.
