Second audition for children’s talent competition on today

Over $1 million in prizes would be awarded to three lucky winners and seven other finalists for their successful participation in the Senoj Creation’s Tots and Tweens Talent Mania competition.

According to a press release, last Saturday at the School of the Nations, the first of three auditions was conducted for children between the ages of seven to twelve in four categories: drama, dance, song and playing of musical instrument.

A second audition will be held at the same venue today beginning at 10 am.

Ten children have already been selected for the final, which will be held on October 29 and another ten will be selected today.

Come October 29, the 20 children selected will vie to be one of ten who will appear at the Tots and Tweens Talent Mania show billed for the National Cultural Centre on November 27.

Richard Narine, one of the three judges, described the competition as a tough one. The other two judges are Clive Prowell and Vinode Ramsammy.

Collette Jones-Chin is the Executive Producer of Senoj Creations.

Persons desirous of being a part of the competition can attend today’s audition at School of the Nations at 10 am. For more information applicants can call 690-1955 or 626-7645.
