Two Agricola youths die after Providence accident

The police say they are conducting investigations into a fatal accident that occurred at about 2340h last night  on the Providence Public Road, EBD, and which resulted in the deaths of driver Christopher Chung, 19 years, of  Cato Street, Agricola and passenger Kerwin Andrews, 16 years of Brutus Street, Agricola and injuries to passengers Stephen Fraser, 19 years, of Cato Street, Agricola and Martilda Gittens, 18 years, of Mocha, EBD.

EZjet operations suspended

The United States Department of Transport has advised that it has suspended the operations EZjet Air Services Inc and as a result the Government of Guyana through the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has followed suit.
