He is also wanted for break and enter and assault causing bodily harm and has been convicted of attempted robbery.

The authorities in Canada believe Henry is hiding in the Toronto-area and they are hot on his trail. Henry is described as having scars on his left arm, left cheek, left eyebrow and has tattoos on his arms and he also sports a gold front tooth.

According to the report, Henry is among 32 criminal offenders, who have no status in Canada and are being sought by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) on immigration warrants. Their descriptions and photos are posted on a CBSA Most Wanted website with a toll-free phone number for the public to call if they have any information on the men.

Police said the fugitives are among 1,400 serious criminals who are hiding in the Toronto area. Police said more than a dozen Toronto- area hardened criminals are among those sought. Another Guyanese man, Krishnadat Ramnarine, 41, of Guyana, who was convicted in 2008 of impaired driving causing bodily harm, is also being sought by police.

Meantime, the report stated that the CBSA is also adding 95 officers to target 9,200 failed refugee claimants who go underground and have to be removed from Canada every year. Public Safety ministry officials said they’re receiving inquiries about the campaign from international law enforcement partners and the programme can spread to other countries.
