Police say that at about 1330h today, acting on information received, they conducted a search on a building under construction at Eteringbang during which an unlicensed 16 gauge shotgun and fifteen 16 gauge cartridges were found. No one was arrested.
Then at about 1700h. today, ranks of a roving mobile police patrol stopped and searched a man at 7 miles, Mahdia, in whose possession was found an unlicensed .38 revolver. He is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
