Magistrate Judy Latchman yesterday remanded a minibus tout to prison when he appeared before her at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court to answer the charge of unlawful and malicious wounding.
The matter was called before acting Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry who read the charge to the accused Dwight Leila and subsequently transferred the matter to Magistrate Latchman’s Court.
