Mango Creek man murdered in generator row

The police say they are investigating the murder of Terry Warren, 24 years, of Mango Creek, Pomeroon River, which occurred at about 2200h on Sunday July 29, 2012, at Mango Creek.

Police say that investigations revealed that Warren and a group of men were imbibing at a home at Mango Creek, when he decided that he was leaving and taking away his electrical generator that he had brought with him and which was providing power.

It is alleged that the other men became annoyed and beat and Warren about his body. The body is at the Suddie Hospital mortuary.

A man has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
