They have all promised a great show, with Guyana’s own Mahendra Ramkhellawan indicating his expectation of thousands. Other acts like Hitman and Chris Garcia said that they will deliver old hits as well as new tracks. “Guyana is a beautiful place but it needs to be explored further in depths of talent,” Garcia said at a press conference yesterday at the Princess Hotel.

“Jamzone speaks for itself because people all over the world, when they hear about Jamzone, they get furious… Jamzone will be a big success and you can expect a great show,” Karma lead singer Ravi B said.

Gajraj, the first act to be honoured by the Hits and Jams Entertainment team behind Jamzone, applauded them for recognising him after 12 years of promoting Jamzone.

Meanwhile, Kerwin Bollers, of Hits and Jams, considered the chutney event to be equipped with a great cast which will manage to provide a great launch for the line of upcoming events.
Bollers also apologised to cricket fans for the cancellation of the promotion’s T20 Tournament, which he stated was out of their control. However, he noted that the contract with cricketers is still valid and if the issue is rectified, this event may be hosted before the end of this year.
