Courts customers get free TVs, Samsung phones in Olympic promotion

Courts Guyana Limited gave 26 of its lucky customers who purchased TCL television sets and Samsung Smart TVs their goods free while six of them walked away with Samsung Galaxy Tablets, at a presentation ceremony hosted on Tuesday.

The promotion was held from June 8 to July 31, in collaboration with the TCL and Samsung brands. Marketing Manager Tamara Rodney Clarke told the gathering that the digital promotion was held in honour of the just-concluded 2012 Olympic Games in London.

The customers who received their purchases free are Jerome DeSouza of New Amsterdam, Berbice; Deodat Bissoo of La Grange, West Bank Demerara; Pamela Brumell of Princes Street, Lodge; Takeram Singh of Felicity, East Coast Demerara; Inderjeet Singh of  Bell West Housing  Scheme, Canal #2, West Bank Berbice; Meline Fernandez of Gordon Street, Kitty; Devon Thorington of Middle Street, La

The six customers who were given Samsung Tablets are Mathew Maycock of Cummings Lodge, Tyrell An of Land of Canaan, Terisa Sookraj of Kitty, Rhonda Vallendares of Subryanville, the Guyana Gold Fields of Queenstown and Tahier Asweem of Good Hope. All told the customers made purchases amounting to $6,670,066.
