A supervisor of Survival Supermarket and a stall owner were charged with unlawfully assaulting each other, among other charges when they appeared at the Georgetown’s Magistrate Court yesterday before Magistrate Judy Latchman in Court 3.
Andrew Fernandes, 18, of 157 D’Andrade Street, Newtown, Kitty, who said he was a supervisor at Survival Supermarket pleaded not guilty to threatening behaviour to Derrick Hall on November 10.
