I would like to bring to your notice some very serious complaints against the Leonora and Fellowship Post Offices. The exasperating problem is the late arrival of utility bills. I live in Groenveldt, West Coast Demerara and have been receiving utility bills well after their payment due dates. Further the mail delivery personnel often miscarry the mail, delivering it to other persons. These situations have caused tremendous loss financially and caused great stress to many residents. Moreover, it has put me in embarrassing situations. I understand this problem is prevalent in the Hague community to.
I, therefore, request that the relevant authority immediately address this matter.
