Still waiting for broadband connection

Dear Editor,

I wish to express my impatience about waiting for a DSL Broadband internet connection for which I paid over ten days from today (Thursday).

I decided to join the band in taking for granted all those advertisements about broadband internet access. I am not yet connected as I have indicated, but the delay in serving paying customers is likely to create the wrong impression among those who are thinking about broadband.

I hope that this is not a harbinger of the quality of service customers are likely to receive from GT&T.

Should this letter be printed, then perhaps it can stir the conscience of those who are responsible for ensuring that customers who are due connection after seven working days are so served.
