The event saw massive attendance to the tune of approximately 180 persons and lasted for two and half hours, where special speeches and charges were made; devotionals sung; certificates presented; and refreshments served. It was a new and well-motivated atmosphere for all present, as something of invaluable substance was being witnessed.

The training these Pandits received was highly structured, elaborately researched, and well taught by the President of the Sabha, Pandit R. Balbadar. It included Sanskrit, the performance of all Poojas, Death and After-Death Ceremonies, Marriages, Basic Astrology and Hindu Theology.
