Police say that Mahase Persaud, 20 years, of Enmore, ECD has been charged with Causing Death by Dangerous Driving, Dangerous Driving and Driving under the Influence of alcohol following investigations into a fatal accident that occurred on March 03, 2013, at Nabaclis, ECD, and which resulted in the death of Patrick Lester of Golden Grove, ECD.
