Sophia miner killed in Cuyuni altercation

At about 1200h. yesterday,police say that miner Michael Morris, 42 years, of Sophia, was involved in an altercation with some other miners at West Park Backdam, Cuyuni, during which one of them is alleged to have dealt him a blow to his head with a piece of wood.
