Prime Minister Sam Hinds yesterday called for the deferment of the second reading of the Telecommunications Bill and related Public Utilities Commission Bill citing ongoing talks with the Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company Limited.
“We are having meetings with GT&T and we ask that the Bill be deferred,”
