Five persons are now mobile, after being presented with wheelchairs from the St. Francis Community Developers (SFCD) in collaboration with Food for the Poor Guyana.
At a simple handing over ceremony at the SFCD headquarters, Rose Hall, representatives of the disabled received the chairs. Hazel La Rose collected on behalf of her sister Dallas La Rose of Rose Hall Town;
