The Linden Commission of Inquiry (COI) this morning handed over their report to President Donald Ramotar during a simple ceremony at the Office of the President.
No details were given to the media about its contents.
The president did not take any questions about what the report on the July 18, 2012 disturbances in Linden that left three people dead contained.
Chairman, former Jamaican Chief Justice Lensley Wolfe in brief remarks said that he believes that justice has been served adding that once the recommendations made are followed it would lead to a better relationship between the police and Lindeners.
