The police today said that investigations are being conducted into malpractices that resulted in a number of persons obtaining their driver’s licences fraudulently.
A number of police ranks have been implicated in this matter which is under investigation by the Police Office of Professional Responsibility.
Several ranks have been transferred and eleven driver’s licences seized so far by the police, as the investigations continue, a statement from the police said.
