The police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Altaf Mohamed Ali, 45 years, of Annandale South, ECD, who succumbed at the GPHC on April 05, 2013.
Investigations so far have revealed that at about 1930h. on April 02, 2013, Ali was riding a bicycle along the Lusignan Public Road, ECD, when he was struck down by a motor car. He was taken to the GPHC and admitted for medical treatment.
Meanwhile the relatives of Ali had reported to the police that he was missing.
