Quick work by police and alert residents yesterday resulted in the arrested of three teenage boys who had hours earlier stolen a car from outside a city bank.
Police said in a press release yesterday that the theft occurred at around 1am yesterday, when the owner of the vehicle went to a city bank to use an ATM.
Police patrols were alerted and the car was subsequently recovered at Nandy Park,
