Police yesterday acting on a tip off found a shotgun and a cartridge in a field at Fort Ordinance, East Canje and ranks are trying to determine how it got there.
According to a police press release, around 0845 hours acting on information received the ranks found a 12-gauge shotgun and one 15-gauge cartridge.
Investigations are in progress.
