Siblings still critical following West Dem crash

Pulsibab Prahlad and her brother Shane Prahlad are still battling for their lives as they remain patients of the Intensive Care Unit of the Georgetown Hospital.

Relatives of the duo stated yesterday that their condition has not improved since the accident occurred. They said that both Pulsibab and Shane sustained fractured skulls and are suffering from internal bleeding. Doctors at the hospital are currently monitoring their condition.

The Prahlads of  Parika, East Bank Essequibo, were involved in an accident at Meten-Meer-Zorg, West Coast Demerara, early Monday morning when the car they were travelling in collided with another car.
They were rushed to the Leonora Cottage Hospita,l then to the West Demerara Regional Hospital (WDRH) after which they were transferred to the city.
