Fitz Randolph Josiah, 63, of Plastic City, Vreed-en-Hoop, WCD, was yesterday charged with the murder of 14-year-old Fenella Samuels.
Police say that he appeared before Magistrate Sherdell Isaacs-Marcus at the Vreed-en-Hoop Magistrate’s Court where he was remanded to prison until May 31.
Samuels who was Josiah’s stepdaughter had been reportedly engaged in a verbal confrontation with him, which escalated to the point where she was stabbed multiple times.
Her mother Mildred Josiah was also slashed to her left arm in the attack.
