The recent constant power outages along the coast are necessary to facilitate infrastructural improvement which will simultaneously cut losses and provide a better service, Guyana Power and Light (GPL) CEO Bharat Dindyal said yesterday.
During a media address at the company’s Sophia Complex, he said the company has tried time and again to explain the reason behind the outages but to no avail.
