Caribbean Airlines today said that flight BW792, a cargo freighter owned and operated by ABX (Airborne Express) departed Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Guyana at 10.52am and returned to ramp at 11.03am due to a fire warning light indicator in the cockpit.
CJIAC emergency response was activated by Fire, Health and GDF. The aircraft landed without incident, was checked and no evidence of fire was detected.
Caribbean Airlines advises that this was not a passenger aircraft from the airline’s fleet.
