iPhone accused remanded after unable to supply address

The accused in the theft of an iPhone was yesterday remanded to prison after she was unable to supply a current address to a city court.

“Since you don’t have an address you will be a guest of the state… there we will be able to find you when we need you” Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry told Lavern Allen, 19, who was charged with larceny.
