At about 1900h. last night, police say Rabin Deenauth Clad, 54 years, of Sisters Village, EBB, was involved in an altercation with another man at Lancaster Village, Corentyne, during which he was injured about his body.
He was pronounced DOA at the Port Mourant Hospital.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with investigations.
