The Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment is hosting a ‘Pick-it-Up’ Guyana clean-up exercise in Linden and at the Uitvlugt beach today and tomorrow from 6.30am.
In a press release, the ministry said the Linden clean-up is targeting the Mackenzie and Wismar markets along the Demerara River front. Several Linden organisations such as Youth vision, Central Mackenzie Scout Group, Young and Thoughtful youth Club and the President’s Youth award Republic of Guyana
