An Essequibo man was remanded to prison on Wednesday after being charged with chopping a man who owed him money.
Keshan Jagdeshwar, 27, of Lot 36 Hampton Court, Essequibo Coast, was not required to plead to the indictable charge of felonious wounding when it was read to him by Magistrate Fabayo Azore at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
