Home Affairs Minister Clement Rohee was yesterday admitted to the Woodlands Hospital.
It is unclear what his ailment is but sources say his condition has stabilised. Rohee, also General Secretary of the PPP, was not present at yesterday’s all-important session of Parliament.
Stabroek News was made to understand that Minister Rohee was feeling ill since yesterday morning and staff at Woodlands were on standby.
PPP/C MP Gail Teixeira relayed last night that Rohee was following the advice of his physician and checked into Woodlands as a precautionary measure.
