Bail was yesterday set at $150,000 for Kurt Heligar after he was arraigned on three charges, including threatening his sister and assaulting a police officer.
Heligar, 45, of Prashad Nagar, pleaded not guilty to all three charges when he appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court.
It was alleged that on November 29, at Prashad Nagar, Heligar threatened his sister Samela Joseph.
