Former Deputy PM Seymour Mullings is dead

(Jamaica Observer) KINGSTON, Jamaica — Former deputy Prime Minister and People’s National Party (PNP) stalwart Seymour ‘Foggy’ Mullings has died, the Jamaica Observer has learned.  Mullings was 82 years old. The Jamaica College old boy who rose to political prominence in 1969 was appointed deputy prime minister during PJ Patterson’s stint as prime minister during the 1990s.

Reports from the Office of the Prime Minister is that Mulling died sometime between Tuesday night and early yesterday morning.
