The police say they are investigating a suspected hit and run fatal accident that occurred at about 2220h last night at Bushy Park, EBE.
The police say that the body of Alister Livingstone, 54 years, of Farm, EBE, was found on the Public Road at Bushy Park and subsequent investigations led to the arrest of a hire-car driver at Goed Fortuin, WBD, and the detaining of his motor vehicle during this morning.
The man is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
