The police are investigating the murder of Richard France, 20 years, of Fallstop, Port Kaituma, NWD, which occurred at about 1300h. today at Fallstop.
Police say that investigations revealed that France was involved in an argument with his brother, during which he was fatally stabbed.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
