Tarnishing Mashramani

Dear Editor,

It’s very sad that Mashramani 2013 had to be tarnished with a brawl and fatal stabbing which was reportedly done by a mob of some seven persons. Lives are snuffed out as we read on almost a daily basis through acts of domestic violence and other forms of murder.

I trust that justice will be done and the perpetrators feel the full brunt of the law. The objective of Mashramani must be preserved to allow all to enjoy themselves without incidents of this nature.

Yours faithfully,
(Name and address provided)
