Dear Editor,
Much of Berbice experienced DSL ‘blackout’ from Monday afternoon into Tuesday evening. Berbicians were inconvenienced, with much of the region out of a DSL internet connection.
The service was restored late Tuesday afternoon, a day after the service breakdown. There was no warning from GT&T; no information coming out of its Public Relations Department and most certainly no apologies.
