Dear Editor,

Thank you for permitting me space in your newspaper to highlight the royal runaround I am having with GT&T.  I have been without a telephone service (220-4153) since July 15, 2013.

I made a report on July 16, and after 3 weeks of calling I was promised that a technician would visit me. Up till now no one showed up, and on account of continuous calling on my part, my calls were transferred by the operator to the supervisor, when no one answered.

Editor, it has been 5 weeks I have been without a telephone service.  I sincerely hope by publishing this letter those who do not know of my problem will now know.
