Dear Editor,
Guyana is going through trying times. Just over the past month, we’ve seen a spike in senseless killings, road accidents and cases of domestic violence that seem to only pile up with each passing day.
One people, one nation, one destiny? Is this really our destiny? It’s time we stand up against what is wrong in society and take a proactive approach in putting a stop to it. Like the old adage, “United we stand, divided we fall,” Change starts with you and I, remember that. Peace.
