Absence of public washrooms in Guyana

Sometimes we blame the facilities, but when you see how the public use them you have sympathy for the cleaners. NIS is one of the few institutions which has such conveniences which are kept reasonably clean.

However one may also look at our disposal of garbage and relate this to our general hygenic attitude.
