Dear Editor,
One would have thought that the conduct of minibus conductors following the fatal accident at Brickdam and Louisa Row a few days back would have engendered some positive change, but it was not to be. Conductors could still be seen aping this dangerous practice with their heads outside the bus soliciting passengers.
The time has come for Third Party insurance compensation to be raised substantially for the passengers.
