The National Community Policing Executive (NCPE) and the Community Policing Organizations of Guyana wish to congratulate Mr Leroy Fitzpatrick Brumell on his appointment to the post of Commissioner of Police for the Guyana Police Force.
We greet this historical development with the anticipation that he will definitely enhance the satisfaction yielded by the existing remarkable work performance which we are already enjoying under his sterling supervision.
We will continue to stand in solidarity ever committed to integrated and unified support so as to efficiently serve and protect the citizens of Guyana, especially in seeing that the desired level of peace and lawful order promptly returns to our streets and communities.
We also stand in support of development guaranteed to be pivotal in seeing our country’s crime-fighting strategies attaining the desired results.
